Honey Sweet

O' that honey sweet!

That which my lips taste,
On my mouth does fall,
And open to the next,
Bee it makes its way lost!

O' that honey sweet!

That which I see days long,
Through mountains of rain,
And doubt does come for me,
Can it make its way to peace!

O' that honey sweet!

That which makes its home,
On broken petals by the sea,
Through oceans of hate,
And greed does it do indeed!

O' that honey sweet!

That which bakes on rocks,
From sun it does take it,
Through lifted sky breaks,
And stars fly open the light!

O' that honey sweet!

That which is naked in faith,
From tragedy fakes feeling;
Through peaked interest plummet,
In fateful jinx in watered face!

O' that honey sweet!

That which comes for dreams,
On bended backs make plenty,
Through hurtful pain conquered,
From day when triumph hunted!

O' that honey sweet!

That which turns honest those,
Who make crime their way life,
Through dim and dark streets,
Does it create the ended day!

O' that honey sweet!

That which nicks time from,
The tapestries of killers plan;
On through the catalyst of,
Virtue does end in most fire!

O' that honey sweet!

That which is capitals built,
On the sun of sweet flighted;
Kingdom ruled from throne,
By king of the liar mostly!

O' that honey sweet!

That which lights the streets,
With despair and hopelessness;
Funny does not appear for it,
That is of correctness bated!

O' that honey sweet!

That which jails faith in dull,
And jagged chains on prisons bane;
Fated spears do pierce thy skin,
As butter and bread it breaks!

O' that honey sweet!

That which tricks destiny made,
From driven intellect in mind;
In thy confusion infinity does,
Help its purpose in eternity!

  1. You have a gorgeous way with words. Your structure is beautiful and organized, something that is hard for me to do.

  2. I truly appreciate it you are really too kind but you are a far greater writer then I am. I truly enjoy your work. I hope to read it for many more years.
